41. Optimising sample preparation for FTIR-based microplastic analysis in wastewater and sludge samples: multiple digestions

    These are the kinds of articles we try to highlight in our project. Authors realized a gap in Science and they tried to fill it up. In this case, they face the complexity of comparison between microplastic analysis in different samples, environments or types of plastic due to a non uniformity of methods existing. This issue could be not as sexy as others, but it is also crucial in plastic research. We hope you like it and appreciate the deep detail they got into in the article.
